You will use your email address to log into the site, your email address
is so we can send a reminder to you to watch the program. We will not use your email
address for any other purpose and it will be kept confidential.
3. You will be asked to complete two short questionnaires
(This should only take about 10 minutes to complete). This will involve asking for
demographic information, such as: What is your relationship to this child: mother,
father etc. Plus a questionnaire regarding your childs behaviour for example: "How
often does this occur with your child - has temper tantrums (never - always)?"
4. You will be given details of how to enrol, and asked if you are going to continue

6. Follow up questionnaires
Following the intervention period participants who enrol on the programme will receive
an email asking them to complete the follow up questionnaire. Participants who do

reasons for not enrolling. E.g. "Thank you for showing an interest in the online
parenting programme. To help with our research please could you provide some details
of why you did not continue with the online parenting programme"?
Will my taking part in this study be kept confidential?
Yes You will be given a log in number to use when you are completing your questionnaire

any identifiable information will be kept separate from the information given on
the questionnaire.
